E-Cigarette Smokers in 3 Biggest US Cities Must Light Up Outside

Chicago this week joined NYC and LA in banning the indoor smoking of e-cigarettes.  The ban applies whether or not tobacco is in the cigarette. Proponents say that the ban will help protect the quality of air and children's exposure to the product. Opponents of the law, including Alderman Brendan Reilly, criticized the ban and claimed that the e-cigarettes are being used to help people quit (though I'd have to challenge his logic, as he can still smoke them and use them to help quit, just outside and away from the entrance to the building).
