Follow-up on Prior Post - Labeling Error at Kraft results in Recall...

Here is an example of why companies need to be careful with labeling and advertising:

Kraft just recalled its Velveeta Cheesy Skillet single dinners for failing to provide that it may contain Soy products, which is enormously expensive.  While no illnesses have been reported, it seems that it will only be a matter of time. However, the quick action by Kraft, which did result in costs upfront, will likely be a smart move both in consumer confidence for the future, and avoidance of litigation.
